The client had Optioned the property 12 months ago and gone down the path with a mainstream Lender, the Lender pulled out at settlement and the client was issued a “notice to complete” from the Vendor. We received the loan scenario on Tuesday and despite the fact the tenant didn’t allow access to our Valuer because they required 7 days notice, we settled on Friday before the Option expired and they lost the property.
